Absolutely love the food here, and especially the hothead sauce, but last night got the WORST customer service experience of my life! Got there 54 minutes before close. As we walked in, before we got to the counter heard the person whisper to the other, tell them we don't have any beans, I don't want to make anymore. So we had to get a burrito bowl without beans, they also only had one kind of cheese out, I'm assuming didn't want to open a new bag so late at night, they were rude and seemed displeased that we were there, and the lady cleaning the dining area kept asking the other guy "is it 10 yet?" or "is it time to go home yet"? I feel like we were rushed even though we had a good 15 minutes between the time that we finished and the time that they officially closed. I WILL NEVER EVER Visit the Brown Street Location after this experience.
