I was connected with G S Floor Designs for a carpet install through Home Depot. Usually these sort of second hand introductions lead to bad service, but not this time. Jim was able to schedule the install around my move-in date and inspection despite heavy orders due to a recent flood. It's great to find people who simply return phone calls when they say they will and follow through. Here's hoping the install is as good as the customer service.
