I finally got around to writing this review from a month ago..

My husband and I showed up at this dealership to purchase a car. We walked around for about 20 minutes and not even one salesman ask if we needed anything. It wasn't busy. There was no one out in the lot as far as customers or salesmen. We had to go in and ask for assistance. When we did, we got the impression that we inconvenienced the salesman we asked. We knew what car we wanted to see and test drive. He went to get the key and just walked out and expected us to follow. There was no introduction or communication at all. We should have just left when we had the chance when we were never approached. To make a long story short, we spent a WHOLE day at the dealership, were not offered what we asked for and left without a car. All around it was one of the worst experiences at a dealership we ever had. The customer service is horrible! The only thing that I am happy that came out of this is that they didn't make a dime off of us.
