I noticed several of the reviews were not good and felt I should share my excellent experience. I had a washer under warranty that needed fixed in the midst of the social distancing. They tried to call me and followed up with a letter in the mail to let me know the parts were on order per the error codes. As soon as the parts were in the tech came and replaced only to find another error when trying to calibrate my washer. He immediately ordered the part and was back two days later (was supposed to be a week) and replaced the other part. My washer is running great (in fact better than when I purchased). Communication was excellent, they were very professional and respectful of distancing. Well done.
