Pleasurable experience. Started with the Sales Manager who initially met me and understood my needs. He offered me the keys to test drive a similar model and even told me to drive it home to see how it would work in my garage. (I had expressed concern earlier)
Upon my return, he introduced me to my sales assistant, Zack, who did a fabulous job of navigating the trade, and purchase of my Ridgeline. The courtesy and professionalism continued with the financing and preparation of the necessary documents. Her clarity and knowledge of the documents requiring my signature certainly increased my trust level. I do not enjoy buying a vehicle, but this experience was definitely a positive one. Thanks!
