The administration team and customer service is outdated, rude and abysmal. I misplaced my bono (a loose piece of paper) and they completely refuse to try and find a way to compromise so that I do not lose the 90 .
When I explained my situation, I was told with disdain that one cannot simply "lose" a piece of paper, and that it is clearly stated on the back to not lose it (If only I had thought of that in the first place), that they cannot take responsibility for my recklessness, and that I would "find it eventually", insinuating that I was perhaps lying just to get my money back.

They keep NO online systemized track of who attends which classes, or who purchases their bonos or classes. They did not take into account the receipt of my payment or my class attendance, even though teachers write every students name at the end of each class. An incredibly disappointing experience and waste of money.
