Staff is amazing, always professional and well trained with some long time happy employees that you do not find at other training facilities, packed with local housewives and professionals in the morning for training and kick your ass style bootcamps that they keep fresh, rarely the same thing twice. In the afternoon and evening, full of professional, high school and college athletes which give it a great energy.
