Saturday I called and arranged to bring in my vehicle to have my battery checked. Arrived and my battery tested out ok. I asked for an oil change and after the initial assessment of my vehicle the service advisor let me know I was showing a need for a possible alignment. He stated they would know more once they took it back. I also inquired about a tire rotation. He stated me the price and also recommended a balance with price as well. Balance was $60. I declined that service at this time. I asked that he please call me with the findings so I could make my decision regarding the alignment. I also let him know that yes I did want the complementary car wash and vacuum. He stated it would be approx.1 1/2 hours before I heard something. I left to do other things as I had a ride. Almost 3 hours later I received a phone call that my car was ready. Upon return which was getting close to close of business my car had had an alignment and oil change. I had not been called regarding the alignment. As I was waiting to talk with the advisor he was talking with another customer and quoted him a different price on a balance on tires than mine and it was cheaper. This caught my attention as giving out different prices to others. When I spoke with the advisor he gave me the specs and went over it with me. I was then sent out with my keys to my car in the parking lot. It was dirty and not vacuumed. I went back in and the first thing he asked was no oil change sticker. I stated not sure about that as I hadn't looked due to my car being dirty and not vacuumed. He took the car himself to clean it and returned it to me.
