Poor Customer service (phone). - I just called the...

Poor Customer service (phone). - I just called their listed 954 # to get details for my mom . Airport transfer, 1 person, MIA - FLL on 17Dec19. The customer service phone agent was not pleasant. Never used this service before... would not use this service based this experience. For this, I gave a rating of 1-star.
