We had our wedding here after postponing twice.

We had our wedding here after postponing twice.
Firstly when we originally booked our wedding date back in 2018 we were set up with a coordinator who simply did not reply to emails or would take weeks to reply.

When we were due to get married the year of 2020 we found out only 2 months before the wedding that the MC we had booked was not available and we needed to find a new one.

We then had to post pone our wedding due to covid twice with them needing an extra $2000 to move the date. When we spoke to our coordinator she was absolutely rude to myself and my husband with zero care factor.

Our wedding date finally came and things were no better. Firstly our seating arrangements where done incorrectly, With some guests missing from our table seating chart and extra person placed on the wrong table.

We had paid for a bartender through Le Montage for our open bar, who they had little to no knowledge about making drinks even to the point not even knowing what a straw was when asked for one.

Service from the waiters/waitresses was terrible through out the night, later finding out they were outside hire/contractors and not employees of Le Montage.

The bridal table didn't even get served any of there meals before the rest of the guest. We also had 2 guest which were vegetarians and they were both severed meat options which Le Montage were informed prior to the wedding that we have 2 vegetarians attending and if you they could be served a alternate meal.

The MC we had on the night which was booked through Le Montage and we personally paid for was also the MC for the wedding in the room next door. He had no idea of what was happening at our wedding and through out the whole night he was coming up to myself and my husband asking basically how we want the night run and what to do.

Very disappointed with everything especially with all the money spent.
