I call and tell the receptionist I'm looking for a tachometer. (Google says they sell "electronics", so it's at least a possibility) She seems annoyed and confused at the question, and asks me what department I'm looking for. I tell her I don't know anything about your organization, so I'm not sure how to answer that question. So I ask her if her company sells tachometers. She indicates she doesn't know what they sell, or at least indicates she doesn't know if they sell tachometers. Then she puts me on hold with not a word said. Might not be the best person to field phone calls. Doesn't know what her company sells.
