I had a recent experience with a monument company that left me disappointed. However, I am happy to say that my experience with Florence Monument Co was completely different. They exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring I was satisfied with the design and engraving. Although the overall experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts of Florence Monument Co and would consider them for future needs.
