Thought I would try a local vendor over a big box ...

Thought I would try a local vendor over a big box store for my landscaping needs. I'm a property manager (not a landscaper), but have a need for reliable, professional power equipment. After two visits and several phone calls they could not figure out how to sell me the equipment I wanted. I had to take my business elsewhere. Totally incompetent.
