I have called at least 5 times to get a payoff statement. I also filled out the online form several times. It wasn't until I called and asked to speak directly with a supervisor that I received an email with my payoff amount. The bad part about that was that the statement said that payment remittance instructions were attached. Guess what, they were not! Now, I've called another 3 times just to try to get instructions on how to remit the payment to pay my loan off. I never knew it would be this difficult to PAY OFF my loan. This is ridiculous!!!!!
