My experience with Beneficial Behavioral Health Services has been a very good! I did not know what to expect coming into BBHS but I immediately noticed how friendly and helpful everyone was. My trainer was very knowledgeable and patient with me, helping me to understand my position as a visitation specialist. My unique position has allowed me to interact and build relationships with many different families and I have really enjoyed that. I enjoy working with my coworkers and supervisors alike! Management really cares about the staff and it shows! During this pandemic our management team and owners have worked especially hard to provide PPE and make sure everyone is educated on the most updated safety guidelines. They ve made our safety priority. This is a really great place to work, you re not just punching the clock....you are actually working with families and changing lives. I would definitely recommend Beneficial Behavioral Health Services and rate them with the highest mark!
