I had my NX serviced this morning at Longo Lexus. I have been a customer for decades and have always had stellar treatment. My service writer, Jim Palmer, was very helpful with recommendations and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. My appointment time was 8:00 AM and estimated service completion time was 11:30 AM. My car was ready by 11:15 AM. Great service and wonderful organization.
