I had a mixed experience with Eae travel group. While the website eae-travelgroup.nl was easy to use and the rates were reasonable, the customer support was not very helpful. They took a long time to respond and were not able to resolve my query satisfactorily. I would suggest improving the customer support for a better overall experience.
