Me and my partner have recently moved to hartlepool and we have placed 2 orders with domino's and we have been disappointed both times we ordered the first order we placed we found hair in our food and and our second order we ordered cookies which weren't cooked properly my partner rang up to complain and he told rather rudly that the staff can't make every cookie to the same standard which is a complete lie as my partner used to work for domino's for a while before we moved here and the staff don't make them they are delivered frozen and put through the oven I don't know why they felt the need to lie instead of amiting they made a mistake and resolve the issue maturly
