Not a good experience; we planned an event and they completely ghosted us during the last 2 weeks leaving us in a bad position. Also promised to get one into desired magazines by having us dish out free samples to all the lucky article writers with no guarantee. Hard to write critical reviews as one wants be positive but in some cases it would be wrong not to do so.
