I am a customer of the Down Creek Condominium Association, INC. Overall, my experience with the company has been average. The staff is generally helpful and responsive, but there are some areas where improvement is needed. The maintenance of the common areas could be better, and there have been some issues with communication. That being said, I appreciate the efforts of the staff to address concerns and make improvements when necessary.
