For years I have been outraged at an authorized VW service at an auto command center. They are terribly expensive with the added cost of which you are not aware while contracting a repair. I was literally blown away by the small and large service, and the malfunction that I initially came for was not fixed. I went once and never again, and I try not to make any of my friends make the same mistake.
