I had an average experience with TJC CORTEZ TAX SVC. While they were able to prepare my tax returns accurately, I found the staff to be lacking in friendliness and attentiveness. They did not provide any additional advice or guidance beyond preparing the returns. Overall, the service was satisfactory but not exceptional.
