I ve driven Mercedes for more than 10 years & always purchased from MB ft Washington. I don t know what s happened in the past four years but the environment isn t as friendly and courteous. The sales manager was rude. He actually suggested I drive a Volvo instead of Mercedes, and by the way I m still waiting for a manual (purchased car almost a month ago). I felt as if I was on an assembly line instead of a valued individual/customer. The only reason I gave a 3 star is for the awesome sales person Jose Rodriguez who treated me halfway decent. I ve learned many years ago to spend your money where you re valued so I m pretty confident I won t be returning.
