I was there Friday June 28 for lunch with a friend and we were celebrating her birthday.
I go to Chili's often but today I was 'wowed' by the customer service I received. Our server was Melena and she was very outgoing and quite fabulous. She made us feel comfortable, had extensive knowledge about the menu and ensured we had a great time and good food.
She even organized the staff to sing Happy Birthday to my friend which totally embarrassed her and I loved ever moment of her discomfort because she always does that to me on my birthday!!
We were so happy with the service we received from Melena. The service was 10+ and we left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied. The food was great, and the service top notch. Thank you Melena for making our little celebration amazing!
