Had no issues with the stay and the overnight park...

Had no issues with the stay and the overnight parking for a week here. Where I struggle was the front desks attentiveness to my issues with the hotel shuttle. We arrived at the airport only to find the shuttle also serviced 10 other hotels, notated by the stickers on the side of the bus. There was 25 people waiting for that shuttle as they had stayed at other hotels that shuttle also picked up for. We ended up paying for a UberXL just to get back to the hotel to get our car. When I asked the front desk about how many shuttles are in service they replied with 1 and rotates every 20 minutes. I told them about the issue with it picking up multiple hotels and that we would have had to wait an hour with my family of 5 which included an infant which was a little excessive, they simply replied with that it was a 3rd party service. Absolutely zero compassion for the issue at hand or a mention that my concern would be brought forward. Customer service should be Paramount above all even if you don't change anything. Will utilize a different hotel and different overnight parking on next visit. Willing to speak with management.
