This is the second time I have had to bring my Apple computer into VGH for repair. Both of the times I have gone, I have had to wait for 5 or more minutes for anyone in the empty store to notice me. They have refused to service my laptop charger because it was still sending power to my laptop. It wouldn't charge my laptop, but since it kept my laptop alive, they considered that acceptable for the laptop charger. This is just a terrible business, if you have an apple product it is worth the drive just to go to spokane to get it fixed. This is a terrible company.
