Had minor leak. Charged me $280 to pay an apprentice to wipe down engine and take off a gaurd. 30min job, not fixed. Quoted $1500 to change seal leak was coming from ($60 seal, 2hour job, my other mechanic charged me $466). Told me rear seal needed changing also and was a 11 thousand dollar job. Other mechanic checked and said there is no evidence it needed changing and if it did, it would be $3000 tops. Absolute criminals! I have a half working knowledge of mechanics, but the poor that dont must get ripped every service. They think because of brand reputation they can take advantage of people. Reported to fair trading.
