Beyond upset with this place. I haven't been in over a year and I randomly received a email yesterday with a bill for $100. I haven't been since the summer of 2018. I was seeing Stephanie and really like her and was hoping to start up again. This is the very first bill I have received. At the time of the visit I asked multiple times if I would owe anything and I was constantly told no, otherwise I wouldn't have come back because of money issues. Im so disappointed in this practice and how they handle billing and patients. I have referred practically my whole family here (they have been told they wont owe as well so I have them checking with billing department) and I feel bad that I told them to come here. I definitely don't have that $100 but I am SO GLAD it was only two appointments. I can't imagine if I came more than that, that bill would have been ridiculous.
