I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Kousen it, inc as average. The website kousenit.com is easy to navigate and has relevant information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my issues. Overall, I had an okay experience with the company.
