I had an average experience with Friends Of Monroe County Homeless Animals, INC. While the staff was friendly, I felt that they could have been more organized. The adoption process took longer than expected and there were some miscommunication issues. Despite this, I appreciate the work they do for the animals and hope they can improve their processes in the future.
