We arrived early and ask if we could possibly check in early,we were told that the maid would be contacted and if possible contact us. I understand about not checking in early,but our unit was not ready until 2:30 po last our check in time. When I called Meyer and was transferred to 3 different people,their answer was come by and we will give you a voucher for a free meal. I ask who was someone of authority? I was told there were several. I ask to have someone of authority call me tomorrow. We'll see in the morning. They displayed very poor customer service. I guess when you have a monopoly customer service isn't very important.
