I recently had an experience with State Farm and overall, I would say it was average. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The rates were competitive, and I did not have any issues with the claims process. However, I did find the website to be a bit confusing to navigate. In summary, my experience with State Farm was satisfactory.
