I have been a customer of Iroonet america, inc. for a few years now and overall, I would say my experience has been average. The services provided by the company are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website, ideologic.do, is easy to navigate and has all the information I need. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support team. On a couple of occasions, I had to wait for a long time to get a response from them. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the effort they put into improving their services and addressing customer concerns. I would give them a rating of 3 out of 5 stars.
