I can't even begin to explain how GREAT of a workout kickboxing is! I love Kickboxing Plantation has truly changed my life. I have lost about 20 pounds since beginning my journey here in July. The coaches are amazing, the people are amazing, the studio is amazing! SO happy i have found a fun, effective workout!
