My overall 4yr experience working for MGA was positive! Good community of nurses and staff. I like being able to assess the family/nurse fit dynamic before being assigned, which is important for long term assignments. As with any business occasional mis communications. 24hr supervisory support available. Teams from recruiter to field supervisor are usually good about giving support to keep morale up.
