I recently came across Prodigal and decided to give it a try. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the company provides adequate information about their services. However, I found the customer support to be somewhat slow in responding to my queries. It took them a couple of days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and hope that they work on improving their response time.
