I had an average experience with The Bolt Group of Keller Williams Realty. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for someone to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, it was an okay experience.
