Mr. Marcin is prompt with his responding emails.
They give exact pictures and drafts of what the new signs will look like and are fast with responses.
There was a minor problem with the logo not originally lighting up, and the electrician came in and fixed it in no time. He was courteous and helpful with the questions I had regarding the sign.

Costs are actually LOWER than a couple other places I called around, and I feel lucky that they not only have great prices, but are such a professional company.
