I have been a customer of Lean Works Toyota Production System for several years now, and I must say, their service is average. While they do deliver on time and their products are of good quality, I feel that there is room for improvement. The communication with their customer service team can sometimes be frustrating, and I have had a few instances where I received incorrect products. Overall, I would rate them as average.
