I have been using Battlespace Awareness Group Inc. for a while now and their services have been average. The website design is decent and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them and their solutions are not always helpful. I think they could improve in this area. Overall, it's an okay company to work with.
