I have been a customer of the Hispanic National Bar Association for several years now, and I must say they provide an average service. Their website hnba.com is user-friendly, making it easy to access the information I need. However, their response time is not excellent as it often takes them a couple of days to reply to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
