The experience at this arthritis and osteoporosis clinic was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about the conditions they specialize in. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The staff appeared disinterested and the wait times were longer than expected. Additionally, I felt rushed during my appointment and didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. On the positive side, the doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable and provided some helpful recommendations. Nevertheless, I left the clinic feeling underwhelmed and unsure if I received the best possible care. I would consider exploring other options before settling on this clinic again.
