I purchased my vehicle from Sun Toyota 2-28-18, had issues the day I brought it home with scratches in the paint. Sun Toyota told me do not worry, we will take care of it, came in next day, they put me in a loaner, picked up next day still not correct, I was told by my sales person and management that they would get it correct or we will exchange the vehicle to make it. After 4 more visits, they told me, I can not help you, its your car, I was told by management, waiting in the dealer an hour just to talk to a boss then, promised again we are looking for another vehicle by my sales person then did not return my calls, so now I am stuck with a new car that is swirled, scratched and they all lied. So, if I was you, I would read this whole message and decide to take your business somewhere else, if they did it to me, it can happen to you.
