Our beloved family member spent four months at this facility. That is more than adequate time to judge the level of service. We were so pleased with everyone at Bayside. I wish I could name all of the names but I think if you read this you will know who you are. We were commuting back-and-forth from the East Coast to care for a family member and the responsiveness to us by phone when we were not able to be in California was remarkable. The care and kindness extended to Paul was exemplary. Physical therapy was extraordinary! The facility is spotlessly clean, everyone seemed well cared for and the grounds are beautiful! The treats from the adjoining facility provided lighthearted outings. I am sorry to say that I have seen so many poor care facilities and feel totally blessed our family member spent his time with you! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!
