Marriott Marquis Doha was more than amazing. On reaching the hotel, the team was waiting for me. Though my flight got late and I reached at around 12 am, the team was still there to welcome me with a ton of surprises. They gave me an upgrade to a suite and a corner view room on 32nd floor, exclusive access to executive lounges, handmade card and flowers all around. Marcel, Cathrine, Dee, and their whole team made my stay memorable for life. A perfect example of customer care & sustainable bonding.
