I had an overall average experience with Polidirect. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was helpful. However, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. The product quality was good, but not outstanding. I would consider using Polidirect again in the future, but I would also explore other options before making a final decision.
