I have been a customer of GUY HEATING COOLING for the past five years, and I must say their service is average. While they do get the job done, their response time could definitely be improved. I have had a couple of instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a technician to come and fix my AC unit. The quality of their work is satisfactory, but I do wish they would be more prompt in their service. Overall, I would rate them as average.
