We're going on day 3 without service as promised f...

We're going on day 3 without service as promised from their company, given an excuse from Joanne (customer service) whom was rude. I was just making a simply check up on our service appointment @ 9:40 am as scheduled between 8-10 am, her response being it isn't 10 yet!, and our plumber had yet another emergency call he had to go out on so he'll be maybe around another hour. So i called back 10:58am and still nothing, Joanne advise me it will be maybe around another hour again. I'm not sure what "maybe around" is indicating as far as time frame but as a customer service rep one would only hope she would be more understanding to our situation is just as much of an emergency as anyone not being able to utilize any if our plumbing, kitchen sink, lavatory or shower. Does Lovotti only have one plumber for the company? Later review will be given based on service received and if were up to me I would have canceled but considering contract unable to do so. Although it will be brought up for evaluation to maintain future contract.
