I recently purchased some fasteners from a company that shall remain unnamed. Although the product itself was decent, I was greatly disappointed with their customer service. It took them days to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their responses were short and unhelpful. Luckily, I found Action Fasteners, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Their website is easy to navigate, the ordering process was smooth, and their customer service was top-notch. I will be a returning customer for sure!
