Poor management.....lied to us a few times about their mistake. We made a reservation to sit outside 3 weeks prior to the date needed. We were told that seating outside would be guarenteed. They called and confirmed our reservation and once again confirmed we would eat outside. Our family got there on time for our reservation and we were informed that we could NOT have outside seating! We have eaten there many times in the past....we always spend well over $500 each time....they lost great customers!
